From the 22nd to 23rd October 2018 at Auditorium de la Grande Galerie de l’Évolution in Paris, took place a conference on the links between human mobility, climate and environmental changes. The event entitled «Migration, Environment and Climate:What risk inequalities?» was organised by the French Institute for Demographic Studies (INED) and the French Museum of Natural History (MNHN) in partnership with the Centre national d’études spatiales (CNES) and with the support of the Agence française de développement (AFD).
In this context, we had got the opportunity to present our paper «A systematic review of empirical evidence on migration influenced by environmental change in Africa» where we seek to systematize the existing empirical evidence on migration influenced by environmental change with a focus on Africa.
