Teaching
We are dedicated to the principle of research-led teaching. This ensures that our students engage with the latest insights and methods emerging from ongoing research, fostering their critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Our course offerings span economic geography, regional development, the geography of innovation and sustainability transitions, as well as challenge-oriented, place-based policies. The working group leads the master's degree specialisation in "Socio-Economic Transformation". At the bachelor level, we provide introductory lectures and seminars in economic geography, along with a diverse range of courses exploring various topics in human geography.
