Flood studies are based on three historical, experimental, and technological approaches related to various basic sciences, including meteorology, hydrology, geomorphology, and artificial intelligence. One of the aims of these studies is to strengthen the phenomenological nature of floods. This research contributes to the understanding of rivers in order to reduce flood risks.
